Do you happen to have any pictures of the mainline platforms too? Sorry, I don't. I only ever got off an AC lines service there once, on a Sunday morning, sometime in the early '90s.

I love how desolate the place looks in the 1st picture, I can't imagine any LU station being this empty in current times. Except maybe Roding Valley.

Were those photos taken on a day where Scheduled Engineering Works were taking place by any chance? - Perhaps an empty stock move was photographed in progress?

Sorry, I do not know the date, but it is very likely to have been in the late 1970's or early 1980's. The open cab door suggests it was in the summer! Simon
