I’m assuming this is due to the resignalling on the Hammersmith branch, but why are District trains being terminated at HSK? I’m assuming that the Circle line will run as a true circle and thus use the two outer platforms at Edgware Road. This leaves one platform to reverse the H&C service, and another spare platform which could be used for District services?

In connection with the Operational Proving of the new CBTC signalling system between Hammersmith and Latimer Road, Circle and Hammersmith & City Line passenger train services will be suspended between Edgware Road-Hammersmith on Saturday and Sunday 31 March and 1 April.
Train services will operate over the remaining sections of line as follows:-
Hammersmith & City Line: Edgware Road-Barking (via King’s Cross), every 10 minutes.
Circle Line: train service will operate an old style ‘Circular’ service, every 10 minutes in both directions.
Empty test train shuttles will operate between Hammersmith and Edgware Road.

The District Line will be suspended between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road to provide capacity for the test train shuttles to reverse at Edgware Road.
Full details are shown in Timetable Notice No. 81/18.
No Rail Replacement Bus Service will operate.

This weekend 24-25 March is also seeing trains testing in CBTC mode from Edgware Road-Paddington (Circle)-Hammersmith.

Over the weekend a small number of trains will also be running through to King's Cross and High Street in CBTC for the first time.
