Both in the ticket hall and on the platforms (at least 4 and 5) all the platform information displays today were saying that the train in platform 4 would be the next to depart - regardless of whether it was or not (while I was there District line trains departed from platforms 3, 4 and 5). Is this an ongoing issue or something worth reporting - and if the latter to TfL or c2c?

They have been accurate every day for the past few weeks and were working correctly first thing this morning.
Either you saw a blip, they've frozen or the signaller isn't bothering to keep them updated.
A fault should be reported to TfL. It might be a c2c station but the platform indicators are very much "our asset".

Theyโve worked fine so far today, which addโs weight to them only playing up when you happened to be there Chris M ๐๐๐

There is a known fault with the button which cancels the current selection, this happens on any platform selected unfortunately spares are no longer available so its a make do and mend for now which is usually done with a quick clean up and the button re inserted
