That's my fault for giving an ambiguous answer. The actual junction is Gloucester Road junction (between Norwood Junction and West Croydon) which is one of the many individual junctions making up the Windmill Bridge complex.
For B The line in the middle is the slow up / down from Selhurst to West Croydon To the left the embankment carries the Fast Line from Selhurst to East Croydon, The Embankment to the right is the Up/Down slow line from Selhurst to East Croydon. The train is an L.O. train travelling from West Croydon to Norwood Junction.
