All are Piccadilly line interchanges with other underground lines except T4?

The Piccadilly line is relevant, interchanges are not.

How about all are Piccadilly line stations with 4 platforms in operation except Heathrow T4 with 1 haha

How about these are all (below ground) Piccadilly line stations where the platforms are not opposite each other. The platforms at Holborn and South Kensington are on different levels while at Finsbury Park they are each opposite the Victoria line platforms. Heathrow Terminal 4 is the odd one out as it has only one platform.
Also, is it bad that I didn't recognise the last one as my picture at first? At least I recognised it before the answers were given though.

Platforms are relevant, but the number and altitude of them is not. xplaistow you aren't the first and wont be the last to fail to recognise your own photo. At least person not only failed to recognise their own picture but also guessed incorrectly where it was taken!

How about because all of them has eastbound trains open doors on the right while westbound is on the left? xplaistow almost nailed it hope this is accurate. Heathrow T4 is a loop so ya the odd one out

Heathrow is not the odd one out, and the side the doors open is not relevant

How about all stations have Piccadilly line platforms without cross-platform interchange except Finsbury Park?

It’s not to do with interchanges this time

What about Piccadilly line trains use original platforms at these stations except for Finsbury Park where the westbound uses former National Rail platforms?

Finsbury Park is the odd one out and you're very close to the reason why it's the odd one out. Piccadilly line trains using platforms is relevant but it's not about using original platforms.

Finsbury Park used to be the terminus of the Piccadilly line...plus since Heathrow Terminal 4 is in a loop so hmm I wonder if this point is relevant to platforms

Nothing to do with being a terminus or a loop.

Is it because at Finsbury Park the platforms are below NR platforms, the others are below TfL (/LU) platforms ?

The altitude of platforms is still not relevant, nor is the location relative to other platforms.
