According to the TfL website, a reduced service is operating on the DLR today. I thought DLR trains were every 10 minutes? What is the need for a reduced service today?

Possibly a lack of on-train staff or a lack of serviceable trains. The website currently says the reduced service will operated from 15:30 to 19:00, which is the peak period when trains on the Bank-Lewisham route are about every 4.5 minutes (14 tph).
