Thanks to all at District Dave's for another year of interesting posts and a well-run forum.
Happy Christmas to one & all and a good 2023 to all.
Sincerely hope the New Year brings tolerance back to the world at large and the ability to listen to what somebody else is saying if it happens to be different to what you think-let's keep hoping, eh?

Wishing everyone all the best for a Happy and Healthy New Year 2023
Sorry I 'went silent' for most of the Christmas 2022 period, alas, I've not been away anywhere - rather its that I had covid and spent almost a week in bed. A really unpleasant experience, but also one that has offered me a new perspective on life and the working of the human body.
Happily I now have a negative test result, although am still recuperating.
