There have been frequent problems at Rayners Lane lately, attributed to signalling. Is this one recurrent problem, or different ones?

I'm a daily commuter through Rayners and I agree, there would anecdotally appear to be an increase in signal failures at Rayners. This pairs well with signal failures on the Picc at Acton Town, Ealing Common as well as Barons Court. The Picc is definitely the Misery Line at the moment in my book.
