Mondays-Fridays
The peak frequencies have been revised to operate 20tph Elephant-Queen's Park to allow two additional trains to be available for the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Regulations project. Two fewer trains required for service during the peak periods.
LU and London Overground off-peak services are broadly unchanged.
Saturdays
Before 1000 the central area frequency has been revised to operate 16tph Elephant-Queen's Park.
Before 1000 four fewer trains are required for service.
After 1000 LU services are unchanged.
London Overground services are unchanged.

WTT48 still has all the intermediate station timings from Watford Jn. to Harrow & Wealdstone, refers specifically to trains divering to the North London Line, includes Euston and of course the 'as-required' services to Kilburn High Road. So at least the time-table framework is in tact if my off-the-wall suggestion elsewhere of running the Bakerloo into Euston ever materialises!

Are 'fewer trains' required because of the introduction of the Elizabeth line? Or is it just because of the RVAR project?

WTT47 was in 2021, before the Elizabeth Line was opened.
