Paddington - but when?

This is a photograph of the entrance to the Circle, District and Bakerloo Lines from the mainline concourse at Paddington

However, it doesn't have a date on it. Its in colour so it should be fairly recently, however I don't remember the statue being there so my guess would be before about 1999.

There are many other good photos of Paddington on that site, and I presume of other LU locations as well (but I've started with my "local" station)

The statue was moved, if I recall, to where I know not... I'd say around 1999, 2000 at latest. Theres a mezzamine floor beyond and above this area now...

It's obviously pre the development of the lawn, the date of which escapes me, but late 90s I think
