Yeah, am a big fan of SB, saw the Northern heights on it a couple of days ago. Yep, Woodman is still there, got drunk in there, when I had my leaving do from Camden group.

Park Jct was where the Alexandra Palace branch left the main Finsbury Park to Barnet line.
It's about half a mile from East Finchley along the old (surface) line to Highgate. Access is by the central platforms at E Fin.

www.subbrit.org.uk/sb-sites/stations/h/highgate/index16.shtmlThere is a photo online on the LT Museum site that shows work being carried out on the southern tunnel portal that was rebuilt in a round shape. I have seen a photo of a BTH Type 1 (later Class 15) at Highgate Wellington Sidings which must have been around 1961-2. These were I believe based at Hornsey (and Stratford) and fitted with tripcocks for working over LT metals.
