D is White Hart Lane (old entrance) C is subway entrance by Costa Coffee to Turnpike Lane

A is Hanger Lane Station Subway on Northeast side of A40 Western Avenue Inset A is Charlton Lane level crossing Inset D is Syon Lane station
They are all 'Lane' Locations, alpabetically the first location in set would be Chancery Lane station.
Other Missing 'Lane' stations in set would be Pudding Mill Lane, Rayners Lane & Wood Lane

A is Hanger Lane Station Subway on Northeast side of A40 Western Avenue That's why it looked familiar - I thought that the rondel didn't quite look like Gants Hill, as it didn't have any bars under it.
