Announcements on the travelators at Waterloo?

I was using the travelators to the Jubilee line at Waterloo on Monday and there was music playing and some announcements on the speakers, I thought I could hear a "Tube Quiz" as well. It was only at the travelators, not the rest of the station, and when I came back later that day there was still something playing. I couldn't find anything about it online, is it some sort of Art on the Underground project?
