Why is there still no tubes

Does anyone know why nothing is running over the north side of the Circle (Aldagte to Paddington). also is it likely that this will be up and running tomorrow. I don't think i can cope with another day of the bus!

I would imagine that it is the same reason as the District past whitechapel, track has not been inspected yet, therefor no trains can be accessed from Barking sidings to use on the H+C and Circle, and probably similar situation at Hammersmith

The track must be checked at least every 72 hours to receive a safety certificate.

I'm led to believe there was a lack of qualified staff to conduct the checks to the satisfaction of the H&S reps @ Edgware Road.

The unofficial rumours that the card tournament was at a critical stage and the winner of the early turn was due to play the winner of the late turn aren't true (for any reported reading, it is only an in-joke we've had at work all day and isn't true!)

There is no reason why services won't resume for tomorrow - unless the card tournament is at a critical stage.

Depends when you last saw that message.

The past few weeks have seen severe train operator shortages for one reason or another. Slowly over the coming weeks this will (hopefully) begin to become less of a problem.

The problem with the Circle Line is that it runs at just 8 minute frequencies, so even one cancellation will mean a 16 minute gap - prompting the - rather ambiguous - "Minor delays" tag.
