I would not be surprised if SER 'WZ' is actually located at T123, as T5 will not have the staff licensed and trained to use its ELCP.

But... there are then issues with regards to locating equipment remotely from the room controlling it. You don't want to waste time at H123 to test a point circuit (for example) only to find out you have to go to T5 after all.

From what I can gather from people who worked on the T5 project the SER is at T5.

Thanks for this information. Given that 34kph = 21mph, then I would assume that the advertised speed limit into the platform would be 20mph?
