My wife is convinced that she saw a green signal at the South end of the Northbound platform, on the Bakerloo Line at Piccadilly Circus. As far as I'm aware, the only signal at that end of the platform is a fixed red light. Can someone please confirm who is correct. Thanks.

It's an FRL. (Unless of course the issue with LED chromacity is starting to turn the red green... )

Yes there is also one at Lambeth North, on the south end of the n/b, which incidentally, is used regularly to reverse trains when elephant is unavailable, either through points failure, signal failure, fire alert or indeed security alert.
