I was just thinking, given the overcrowding of Camden Town, especially on weekends, would it perhaps make sense to reopen SKT, given it's not far from Camden Town?

The rebuilding is being thwarted by retaiol owners of shops bordered along the site, ending with the apex of Buck Street... not least the Electric Ballroom, whose premises will be demolished to make way for the new station... At the consulation process, I asked why not let them be incorparated into the retail units planned, LU said it's not a business venture, plus because of the noise from the Ballroom, with regard to the penthouses above...

Aye, and last time I passed, the former ticket hall area, was a Cash Converters! I noted that it's in a rather shabby state, with shrubs and bushes growing out of places!

on a related note.... In the 38 cab on Sunday, the DMT said that the Bull & Bush (which I was lucky enough to see from the cab window) buildings had been demolished. He also said that when he last visited, 3 months ago, it was covered in graffiti along with all the P-way stuff. Two questions; there was uncertainty that the buildings had been demolished. And also, how did the artists [loosest sense of the word] get down there? It could have been a member of the P-way staff ;D

Regarding Bull & Bush, theres an access shaft behind the pub of the same name... It's a long walk down the stairs...

There is not a shaft behind the pub it's too far from where the station would have been take a walk and you will see where the shaft really is.
