Last year I road trained one of the Transplant Drivers on the District. At the end of his training he was being seconded to a team that was stock testing both the 95 and 96TS for the intorduction of ATO. I believe that there's been a section of track constructed for the purpose, but I can't now remember where, though I'm pretty sure it's in the North London area and (obviously : in the vicinity of one of the depots. No idea of an implementation date though - perhaps Towerman will have an idea?

There's a test track in Highgate Depot, plus a section of track in the Finchley Central area, one of our trains has been based at Highgate for the last year(96062-96061)Also there is a test track on the Jubilee in the Bermondsey area, they've just started running test trains on this in engineering hours on Sunday nights.
