Has anybody noticed that the platforms on the Jubilee line at Charing cross now suddenly have white enamel ceilings?
The old ceilings were removed as they didn't meet the new fire safety standards and were never re-newed as the section was closed before any work was undertaken.
So after a carefully watching the advert a few times all i can work out is that the half painted-paneled platforms ceilings on the Northern Line platforms at Charing cross have been super imposed onto this Jubilee Line platform at the same station.

what has actually happened here is there are 2 disussed platforms at charing cross that got closed when the jubilee extension came into operation. i only found out about this as we were down on these disused platforms when i was doing my csa training in april. aparatnly these are the 2 platforms that are used in any tv or film production that need a underground shoot done pretty interesting really bbut quite creepy down there

It's not so much creepy (though maybe Creepy) as filthy bloody dirty. I almost never go down there - and haven't since I've worked on the station - but when I have, I've gone straight to the nearest washing facilities.
