The lowest level reachable in the lift from street level is described as "Lower Ticket Hall".
As no tickets are sold here, it is necessary to use the "upper ticket hall" to obtain one. The description is therefore likely to cause some confusion.
Are there any plans to reintroduce ticket sales at that level? (possibly only automated, and space is limited)
