I'd go for North Acton E/B platform + 1 If it is, those bushes were planted and not a small cost by LU to shield the wall behind from vandals, then the weedkilling train came and..... ;D

Most definately North Acton, the near retaining wall and railings are the boundry for LUL from Network Rail and the far retaing wall with grafetti is the other side of the greatly reduced GWR Birmingham Road.
