I think I know B and D: East Putney and Mile End.
Is the link that these are all stations that I have either commuted to and from or through? Although then there would be more than 5 in the set.

The maze doesn't look like the Victoria Line tiles at Warren Street. (Sorry that is a where isn't it type of answer).

My first thought was actually Woodford: it was only when I remembered that it was St George's Day that I guessed what might be the connection. I nearly guessed St George in the East for the inset as Shadwell was called Shadwell and St George-in-the-East for a while.

I've PMed my guess. I think I used to visit this station a lot: if I am right it was the station I used to go to when visiting my Grandma.

The bridge over Northfields station is closed with fire engines in attendance. I don't know why. But we were driving past and got diverted. I hope it won't affect the railtour.

It is so frustrating when a picture looks so familiar, but the mind goes blank.
How about Queensway?

All Saints? St Paul's? Somewhere in the Midlands. I think that I am clutching at straws here.

I can do the bonus points: Georgia, UK, South Africa and Macedonia. The actual stations aren't so easy for me.

Bearing in mind the number of times a photographer doesn't recognise their own quiz picture, then the fact that they spotted their own this time might be seen as a good thing.

As an aside, Vauxhall has three escalators, Walthamstow has a fixed staircase in the middle.
Is the link that each of the terminals were originally intended to be intermediate stations?
The Victoria line was at one point planned to end at Walthamstow Wood Lane, the Central line in Denham, the Northern line at Sutton. Charing Cross could be in this set too.

A is Vauxhall. C is Morden. I'd already opted for Vauxhall near the top of this thread.
