B is not the Bakerloo at Waterloo as the platforms are on top of each other there instead of side-by-side. It looks very similar to Edgware Road but isn't quite right so I'll guess Marylebone.

OK, maybe B is Edgware Road (Bakerloo) after all. I don't remember there being any kind of passageway that runs above and between the platform tunnels though as can be seen in the picture.

Shadwell for D. Maybe Gants Hill for A?
In which case perhaps Edgware Road is the odd one out, not having a double "L" in the name.

Location D: Shadwell DLR - under westbound track [Chris M] (click for a larger version) A is not Gants Hill, but it is on the Central line. The link is not related to station names.

Is A Bethnal Green? Because that would mean the link is locations with separate stations of the same name, Holland Park being the odd one out.

The answer has already been given: Location A: Bethnal Green (LU) - top of escalators [Chris M] ------ How about Shadwell as the odd one out as it's the only one from the set where you go up to the trains from street level?
